I love Patsy's! The ambience is like the old time Italian restaurants in movies. They've been around forever and have a very interesting history. Their sauce is to die for! I highly recommend visiting Patsy's the next time you're in New York!

Truly awesome. The food is excellent. Great ambiance. Great service! We heard some nice stories and the famous stars that visited this landmark that exist since 1944. Must visit when in New York!

very crowded and loud.. I ordered a very simple meal..., grilled chicken over salad.. the chicken arrived dry.. it is famous because of its affiliation with celebrities but honestly, I was not impressed

Very pleased with my dinner at Patsy’s. Seeking out an authentic Italian restaurant in midtown Manhattan can be daunting at best... this definitely satisfied that search. We enjoyed the ravioli and the spaghetti with meatballs (very generous helping!). Staff was courteous and friendly!

My wife and I were looking for a good Italian Restaurant after a recent bad experience. The food here was good and the staff were very nice.

I don't know off hand, but go to their website and check the menu, which I think is posted there. You can also e-mail them and ask them. They have a facebook page too

It depends on what time & what day of the week. For Weekends at say, 8p, I'd say 1 month. For earlier times or weekdays (exc. Friday), say 6pm, you should be fine reserving in a weeks time. Why not simply reserve asap then... More

Yes, if you let the restaurant know ahead of time, I think they'll make a fuss. It is a very good restaurant, and the management and employees are very nice people.
