We spotted this restaurant in the hotel guide. We booked our table for 7.30pm, were seated promptly and served with drinks soon after. The service was really good with attentive waiters. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Very Italian, very...More

Patsy's is the best in traditional 'been there, done that'. Like Harry's Bar in Venice or Brandi in Napels. It's not a night out, nore the most spectacular food or the spic&span interior. It's all about tradition, looking at the waiter, seeing people's behaviour. It's...More

From the minute you walk in the door of Patsy's Italian Restaurant you feel as if you are in Italy. The feeling of being in someone's home. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I live in New Orleans and chose to travel to New York...More

Quaint little restaurant where Frank Sinatra used to visit regularly. There was nothing little about the servings. My wife and I could have shared our dinners with two other people. We weren't sharing our dessert with anyone though. Diego, our server, was a very personable...More

Good food. Fun place. Waiters a little snooty but friendly. Excellent place to dine before or after theater.

On the spur of the moment, we made a reservation for dinner after our matinee at the theatre. We arrived a half hour early and were seated right away. Sitting at the table, we observed the dining room and clientele - it felt like my...More

I was especially impressed with the service, as we drink A LOT of water, and every time we got close to the bottom of the glass, someone was there to refill it. 99% of the time at other restaurants we have to ask for a...More

The very first thing we do when planning a trip to NYC is call Patsy's for a reservation! The food, service and atmosphere are just what we are looking for in a dining experience. I particularly like the veal dishes-I think I've had them all,...More

By far an Italian Cuisine Masterpiece that has been amazingly consistent since I was a kid. In Manhattan, there are tons of red-sauce joints, of course, which are mostly Italian/American, but none that have the Neopolitan flair that the Scognamillo Family have brought to Midtown...More

Save yourself from an overpriced average quality food restaurant. There are so many great authentic Itslian restaurants that will serve you better. The staff are not even Italian.

It depends on what time & what day of the week. For Weekends at say, 8p, I'd say 1 month. For earlier times or weekdays (exc. Friday), say 6pm, you should be fine reserving in a weeks time. Why not simply reserve asap then... More

Yes, if you let the restaurant know ahead of time, I think they'll make a fuss. It is a very good restaurant, and the management and employees are very nice people.
