We were happy to sit down and relax a bit from sightseeing Manhattan. I ordered the Michael Jordans signature burger and was very satisfied. It was delicious.

The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived as it was late in the day so we were seated straight away. The waiter was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We had pie and steak and shared - both enjoyed each others too so...More

We had been looking forward to visiting Grand Central Station to have a glass of wine overlooking the station but unfortunately our experience was completely ruined by the rudest barman I've ever met! My husband ordered 2 glasses of Prosecco, there was no conversation at...More

I have been to the Michael Jordan's many times over the past twenty years. It still offers an unrivaled opportunity to enjoy a meal in the beautifully renovated Grand Central Terminal. Unfortunately, however, the quality has slipped over the years. The service while still friendly...More

Work nearby and I come here once a year. And now I remember why. Food is just okay, but the service is awful. Waiter was MIA for a long time and I had to flag down a bus boy for menus and drinks. After that,...More

Not the awesome bar in Grand Central Terminal of year’s past. Stopped in after taking in a tour of Grand central. Great location and views of Grand Central but an indifferent, uninspired bar staff was a downer. The bar also felt a bit run down.

We booked a table at Michael Jordan Steakhouse on the mezzanine of Grand Central Station. This is above the din of the Station but still in the large concourse. The service was lovely and nice choice of food. We had filet, strip steak, and scallops,...More

First of the location of the restaurant alone is amazing as you’re in one of the most breathtaking and famous buildings in all of New York, if not (IMO) America. I loved people watching and had a great seat to do so! It was my...More

Definitely! Plus the kids will be entertained by the hustle and bustle of grand central terminal and all that there is to see, the ceiling, the clock, etc.

It's quite formal and, whilst it might claim to be child friendly, I certainly wouldn't take my grand-kids there. Not that I would go there again anyway after my extremely disappointing experiencer.
