THE GOOD: by far THE BEST pizza...EVER! THE BAD: they only take cash. THE UGLY: more round tables...get rid of the square ones.

Hands down the best pizza in NYC. I've eaten here dozens of times over the last 30 years and Patsy's on 1 Ave is the real deal. Best crust in the Tri-state, bar none. Make the trip up to Harlem and sit. The way pizza...More

Went there Sunday for the first time and it was one of the best!!! Thin crunchy crust, nice sweet sauce and nice mozzarella cheese. A beautiful day to take a ride for awesome pizza. Coal fired oven makes a difference. Highly recommend this place for...More

We all loved the pizza! Great place with lots of history. I had the chicken piccata with a side of pasta marinara. YUMMY!!! The Della casa salad was also delicious!!! Loved it. If we are ever back I would definitely go back. Very family friendly.

I went here while visiting my friend in East Harlem upon his recommendation. If you eat on the restaurant side, it is a trip to an era that existed about a 100 years ago when Patsy's was first a restaurant in New York. So dated...More

How can you go wrong when you walk in the joint and there's a picture of Frank Sinatra hanging on the wall. Great brick oven pizza with and expanded menu cash only. I was a NYC Firefighter in Harlem and we use to go to...More
