We stopped in for a late evening meal. The food was delicious, the ambiance great. Of course we had to try the Alfredo sauce. Fantastic.

New location on 7 east 54th. is very charming and funcional . Menu is the same and food is very very good! Waiters need to be called a few times and it helps to confirm the order but it should work itself out...

The first time we enjoyed a meal here, they were still at 49th and more than 10+ years ago. So we were curious to revisit in their new location, i must say, we were happy and very impressed to find out for ourselves that the...More

I checked into my NYC hotel late and went looking for dinner at 10.30pm in mid town. Situated next to the now defunct Rothmans steakhouse Alfredos is a strange sort of vibe, a mixture of locals, ladies who lunch and mid-town workers. The decor is...More

First timer here. Food and service was excellent. Will return for sure. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was a great place to do so.

We were having a hard time finding a great late night dinner in NYC, until we stumbled upon Alfredo. It helped that the co-owner himself was there, and what a charming guy! Spoke to us in Portuguese! The staff was excellent and the seafood risotto...More

We've been fans of Bice since it opened in the late 80's and were very disappointed when it closed. So, we wanted to see how its successor stacked up. We had a very nice lunch there, which started with a complimentary glass of excellent Proseco...More

Have been a huge fan of Bice and have to say that this reincarnation into Alfredo is very disappointing. Food is really average (I've even found the fettucine to be nothing special) and service was extremely slow, intrusive at times and almost careless. Completely overpriced...More

This is my first time eating at the new location at the former Bice restaurant. The fettucine alfredo was how I remembered it. I will be back.

Description
In it's Rockefeller Center location, Alfredo of Rome joins its award winning predecessors at Epcot Center in Walt Disney World and the original Alfredo of Rome where in 1914,the original fettuccine Alfredo was invented. New York's new 8000 square foot installment offers a contemporary twist on the classic Roman fare that made Alfredo a household name and, of course, the irresistible only original Fettuccine Alfredo. Celebrities and heads of state have made Alfredo's their home away from home. Alfredo N.Y. is no exception. What attracts them? May be it's the heralded authentic Italian cuisine. Or perhaps their often talked about wine list (winner of the Wine spectator award from 20001-2005.)Certainly the Hirschfield’s adorning the walls can't help but draw attention.
