I chose Sardi's because it is iconic and since my husband and I were heading to New York just after our wedding anniversary - I surprised him with a lunch reservation. I knew choosing lunchtime would be quieter than dinner but what a disappointment. There...More

Sardi's on 44th Street in the heart of Manhattan's theater district has been a favorite for actors for many years. Their signed caricatures grace the walls giving Sardi's a distinct ambiance. A wide choice of lunch classics allow time to leisurely dine yet attend a...More

We have been dining at Sardi's a couple of times a year for the past 15 years and unfortunately our last visit will probably be our last visit. Upon entering the restaurant, we started talking to one Maitre'D standing right inside the lobby. But shortly...More

We had dinner after the theatre. It has always been a tradition to go to Sardi's when we visit NY. This time the food was not anything special. The service was below average. When you have to ask for a refill of your drink, something...More

Theatre row's landmark, sardi's is not to be missed, if only for a drink. The historic value of this establishment is priceless. Head over after a show,; we did.

We had fun with the 2 of us but the food was mediocre. I am sure that it was beautiful in the old day but I wouldn't go there again. Hope they will renovate very soon.

Visit the upstairs bar that overlook the theater for Hello Dolly and Anastasia. Service was excellent. I cracked up because we ordered a cheese and cracker plate and it was a bowl of cheese wiz and a handful of packs of crackers.

I'm not sure if there is a step,or two at front door but I do know that the restrooms are up a steep flight of stairs. Best to call restaurant and check if any special accommodations are on first floor.

Only the downstairs not the bar upstairs Unfortunately. That is where the action is. They might have a lift available but I do not know if one for the bar. Sorry
