Last night I dined at Bouley with some friends. We chose the tasting menu and it was amazing. The food is truly unique and the staff amazingly informed. So happy I had the opportunity to try this gem.

I had the 5 course taster menu that is an option at lunch time and it didn't disappoint! The menu included a range of fish, meat and vegetable dishes with complimentary dishes included as well which was a lovely touch! The setting was beautiful and the service was excellent and I would recommend booking a table for this wonderful restaurant... More

Fantastic restaurant, great food and service. Bouley paid special attention to my wife for her 40th. Fantastic white and black truffle chef surprise was presented mid way through the meal - a nice touch. Excellent wine list and great surroundings. Great menu and would return again. Although it is expensive you get what you pay for.

Exceptional. High priced but they are on top of their game. An eclectic menu with a wide selection. Great wine list. Small portions but that's OK. Well done!

Booked for Thanksgiving dinner. The issues started when a week before the reservation I received an email to say that the table had been cancelled by the restaurant due to not replying to an email for confirmation, however, no email was received. We then managed to book a table at a slightly different time, which I made sure that the... More

Along with 6 of my friends had another wonderful dinner here just over a month ago. I am so sorry this restaurant will be closing but can't wait to see its reincarnation. We had the gourmand dinner for the table - food and service were wonderful. For us this is one of the best restaurants in NYC - and we... More

We heard from a friend "If you can make time and truly want an Experience" go to Bouley for the Lunch tasting w/ wine pairing. We're from NOLA & have some wonderful food here...BUT they were so right ! 5 delicious courses w/ wines were a perfect way to spend 3 hours in the BIG Apple.

We have been to Bouley many times over the past years. We recently heard that they were closing and wanted to have one last celebration. In short are party of five had a horrible experience. We arrived on time for a reservation at 6:45. As many others were served drinks and seated we sat for over 30 minutes waiting for... More

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
