This place has simply delicious oysters from all over the United States. We started on the West Coast and worked our way to Long Island. Delicious!!! The waitstaff, the attention and atmosphere were exactly what was needed!

We've eaten here a few times, but not in many years until recently, hasn't changed:). We tried a wide variety of things and everything was fantastic, from oysters to tuna carpaccio (spicy, in a good way). Excellent service, great location, great spot for lunch or dinner

Four of us dined at Acqua Grill last night and were overwhelmed by the excellent service, attention to detail and most importantly the great food. I have been to many excellent NYC restaurants and Acqua Grill is at the top of my list. We all had different fish dishes and appetizers, each one had a creative presentation and was delicious.... We were served by an aspiring actor and it was just an amazing time, truly an agent needed to be there because he made it such a wonderful time. Table was cleared in a moments notice for the unwanted. plan to return there

A friend and I stopped for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were offered the brunch menu and I ordered the Crab Benedict and a glass of rose. Wonderful choices! The wine was delightful (our server offered me a sample before ordering) and the crab dish heavenly. What a treat for me, as I can get neither where... More

The food is definitely good and fresh but honestly is not the best place for a romantic dinner: too noisy and tables are too small and close to others...

I have been going to Aquagrill for about 8 years and i am thrilled to report that not only is it still offer amazing seafood and service, I think it has actually gotten better - if that is possible! They have always had the best oysters in town (which is saying something in NYC!). A friend and I sat at... More

Really delightful restaurant. Great atmosphere with closely packed tables and a crowded bar. Obviously if you come here you should have the fish and it doesn't disappoint. We had the Tuna and a Halibut that was on the specials list. Sides of spinach and mushrooms completed the picture. All was delicious Good service apart from weak bread offering! Highly recommended

There are what seems like a million restuarants in NYC. Aquagrill is just a fabulaous spot that should be on your go to list. Always busy, it is a must to make a reservation. We ate on the "patio" this time around and Colby was our server. He couldn't have been nice or more personable. I got the grilled scallops.... More

Staying in SoHo

Neighbourhood Profile
Once the artistic hub of New York City, SoHo (South of Houston) is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway teems with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore by foot. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district –majestic cast-iron architecture everywhere you look. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city. The pretty streets of Nolita (North of Little Italy) offer a more sedate vibe, with plenty of tiny boutiques and hip restaurants to seek out.
