The food is very diverse and fresh, the staff is friendly (and actually remembers what you order on a regular basis) and the prices are not that high (considering that this is almost the center of Manhattan). The only downsid is that it only works Mon-Fri (which, considering it's location is a good thing for the owner). And it is... More

What we were looking for was something close, something halfway decent, and fairly inexpensive. This place definitely exceeded our expectations in all three categories. We had the steak sandwich and chicken fettuccine alfredo. Both were excellent, well made, fresh ingredients. I wouldn't say the customer service was out of this world, but I really don't care. Those two items and... More

If you're hungry all of the sudden and are unsure of what to get and where to get it don't worry. Head over to Global Kitchen near MoMa and you've gotta find something that satisfies you. Cold and hot dishes: Sandwiches, stir fry, quinoa, sushi and of course pizza! A great selection of toppings on your pizza, personal, whole or... More

Finally got a job in the area and was able to come here for lunch again. They now have slices which they didn't have when I was here years ago,

I was in the area visiting a client and needed a quick bite to take to our small meeting. The sandwich and salads selections were fresh, healthy and hearty. The local team were very helpful and prepared a great to go lunch for the meeting. All food was gobbled up and everything was really fresh. It was a great value... More

Popped in one day to grab sandwich and drinks for lunch. Too many choices that all looked wonderful. Ended up with the Chicken Tandoori sandwich which was excellent!

We were happy to find this eclectic restaurant close to MOMA. There are many ethnicities represented in one circular space. I chose a Gyro and it was delicious. There were also many sandwiches, wraps, and baked goods. Everything looked good!

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
