Glad we found Cornerstone Cafe. Good omelette and potatoes. Average pancakes. Full bar. 20 and 30 something local crowd with enjoyable atmosphere. I'd go back.

Hands down this is my favorite place to eat in NYC. The prices are fair, the service is great and the quality of the food is even better. Go for the lamb shank! This hole in the wall is a must try!

It essa really good experience for me and my wife! I asked for a waffle and I didn't regret. It was perfect. The place was cozy and the service didn't disappoint us. I recommend.

Enjoyed our breakfast. Huge pancakes and great eggs Benedict. Good atmosphere. Seems like cash only though

Were there for dinner with kids. Food were pretty good and kids liked them too. But slow service was...slow and without communication. Waited for bill for a long time, despite that place being busy that night. Kids actually fell in sleep on the table.

I typically get the 2 organic eggs that comes with potatoes, mixed greens, and toast. This is hands-down the best breakfast deal in town! The staff is attentive without hovering. The atmosphere is casual, cozy and you can sit outdoors, if you want. There's a...More

East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college

old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
