I finally returned to Chelsea Market and checked out The Lobster Place. I ordered the Lobster Picnic Box and was not disappointed. It was a great lunchtime meal.

I really loved this place. It's a market, a seafood restaurant, an oyster bar, a sushi bar altogether. I can say that this is a one of a kind place, with great ambience and food. You can get fresh Lobster, sushi, seafood bisque and the...More

The oysters and clams are so fresh and so sweet, we have to order two rounds. Alaskan crab legs have a taste of salty water which make them taste even better. We definitely will go back again and bring our friends there.

If you love Lobster roll and chowder this is the place to try. The food is fabulous, does get very busy and you do have trouble try to find a seat. But well worth it.

Simply amazing lobster ... over priced ... but done perfectly ... steamed to the perfection. I wish I could choose some fresh shrimps or other seafood and get it cooked as well.

Small bar, few tables, great service, the fish stew is just the best - no French bouillabaisse can beat this.

I love the Lobster place for its freshness of seafood. The one and half pound lobster is freshly steam daily ($30.00) and delicious and sushi place is great as well. I decided to get some freshly slice Irish salmon, usually I always stay while they...More

This review is strictly for the New England clam chowder. While touring around Chelsea Market, I picked up a few dishes from several restaurants. I opted to try this New England clam chowder with high hopes-- there was a long line of people who also...More

We went there to have seafood and had high expectations, but we were still surprised by how nice the fish market is and how fresh it is. We had sushi and it was the best. Recommended.

We had sushi and sashimi. Was awesome quality and delicious. Raw oysters, sushi, lobster, etc. are all available, but in separate areas. You can't sit at the sushi counter and have a lobster to sit with family. Lobster only allowed at the stand up tables....More

It is definitely worth stopping by. An interesting experience. The place is always crowded. The food is fresh, and they offer seafood and fish variety. You can eat there or prder to go.

This is a seafood restaurant, not a hotel, more like a market with a clam bar and open seating. Very fresh fish and great NE clam chowder. Enjoy.
