If you like champagne by the glass, they have it here. Upscale clientele, but not stuffy personnel. Great on an early Sunday afternoon after people watching in Soho. Go you'll like it

We were staying at the hotel and for us we usually don't eat " on site ". This bar was a treat. Food was fresh and interesting and the champagne - stunned that it wasn't double the price. Great ambiance and eclectic art to entertain if the conversation in a group loses you.

We went for a dinner and a movie for $55.00 per person plus drinks. What a great value! First up was the soup then the steak and Fish dish all were excellent! Dessert was incredible! The drinks are pricey, but this is still a value. After dinner you go downstairs for the movie and free popcorn. Will go back when... More

My girlfriends and I came here for Afternoon Tea and had a great time. We were there for probably 4 hours and we were not rushed once. The waitress we had was extremely helpful and very accommodating and helpful. The food was also very good and the selection was quite broad given that everything is just two bites. I have... More

The last time I visited this delightful property, I had Afternoon Tea. This time, its Lunch, and what divine gastronomia lay in store! Just entering the lobby and turning left into the Bar and Restaurant is a unique magical experience. From the maitre 'D, hostess, to the wait-staff, all professional and accommodating - and the ambiance, relaxing and cordial! One... More

We are big fans of the Firmdale brand and have stayed in all the London hotels so when in New York we had to try the Crosby, were very glad we did. Extremely welcoming and warm, great drinks and service. Very consistent brand and atmosphere wherever you go.

I rarely refer to a place as a hidden gem; it is such a cliche. However, when it comes to this restaurant, I believe it truly applies. We went for a drink and were so comfortable and pleased with the place that we ended up staying for dinner. We were lucky enough to find a table in the bar located... More

We always stop at the Crosby for lunch at the bar after shopping in Soho. Always have fun and good food. So we decided to try it for dinner. Our reservation was 8:30 on a Friday nite. The bar was hopping so we went right to our table. My daughter ordered the squash soup which was just ok. I ordered... More

Staying in SoHo

Neighbourhood Profile
SoHo
Once the artistic hub of New York City, SoHo (South of Houston) is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway teems with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore by foot. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district –majestic cast-iron architecture everywhere you look. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city. The pretty streets of Nolita (North of Little Italy) offer a more sedate vibe, with plenty of tiny boutiques and hip restaurants to seek out.
