Quacamole is a must. Not like what one gets at most mexican restaurants. Similarly true for many of their items. Would strongly advise sharing everything. More tastes and more fun!

Went for lunch. Ordered round of drinks first thing, excited for their margaritas. 30 minutes later - NO DRINKS! Our server was MIA and not apologetic at all. Food came out - and still no drinks. Finally, after we asking to see our waiter, we finally got our first drinks. So disappointing. Food was MEH - Ok. Ive definitely had... More
We were a group of 7 celebrating my sister's 40th birthday. We had the group menu with optional drinks package. Food was delicious. Generous serving sizes and very tasty. Staff were hyper vigilant about allergies once we informed them that one of the party had a food allergy. Our waiter went above and beyond and the manager also came to... More
Called in last minute and they accommodated us, and it was really busy too. We had the home made guacamole and wow!! You have to try it here, it was the best. Dos Caminos is always a solid choice. Staff is always very attentive, and food is really good. If I were visiting NYC, would recommend trying something a bit more unique. But you always get an excellent meal.
Modern setting in the Meatpacking district offers an awesome Mexican street food from breakfast to diner. The starter nachos where perfect in size and really tasty. The entrees where superb made from fresh ingredients, prepared in a healthy way. The selection of cocktails where fantastic. Server was very attentive and knew her stuff; it makes such a difference. Well priced... More
Met my nephew here for dinner and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was authentic, the service was great and the food spectacular. Started with guacamole- you get 3 choices and we picked hot, we like hot, nope.. it was HOT. Lol still ate it because the margaritas were good too. I chose the Monday night special which was Pablano Peppers.... More
Dos Caminos sounds like your basic Mexican place, but it's a lot more: the menu mixes and matches various Mexican ingredients to satisy most tastes. Note: Many of the dishes are moderately spicy.
What a charming place! THe food is excellent! Try the guacamole it is excellent! You may need extra chips. The place is so relaxing and service was great too!

Their 18 ingredient mole short ribs: I love mole but have had it only on chicken. What are the ribs like?
