I have been here a few years ago and crossed by incident, and it was delicious as i remembered. They have a great lunch combo deal. The chestnut soup was delicious. The ambiance is cool and it's well designed. A perfect place for a quick lunch while shopping around Soho!

Had brunch here on a freezing cold day. Good service, two for one mimosas, Bellini and rossinis. Our party tried the grass fed burger - very good; smoked salmon and poached egg - very tasty but a little insubstantial; duck eggs and toast, also very good. Quality of the food was excellent and the ambience was good.

We will try again. I am a hard grader. I had the grass fed burger. It was done well and moist and the bun stayed intact. My wife had the chicken salad "sandwich" while the children enjoyed the cheese ravioli (lots of cheese). Service was fine though the room (floor level "upstairs" by bar and kitchen) was a bit warm... My review is of the outdoor version within walking distance of The World Trade Center. It is 100% outdoor restaurant. I loved the setting. The food tasted good but was very expensive. Check out food court inside of the mall first.

Made a reservation for dinner. There is an upstairs and a downstairs section. We recommend the downstairs if you want to talk. Very cool vibe to the place. The menu had a good variety and the people watching is excellent. Service is a bit stretched and they try a little too hard to be New York cool. We would go... More

The decor in this restaurant was warm and inviting. We enjoyed a very nice red wine and a couple small plates. The butternut squash soup was Fantastic! Fresh and flavorful! The roast beef with arugula was also very good. This would be a great date restaurant but would also be great for a group gathering.

My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant. It is two levels and we sat in the bar area looking out on Mulberry St. The service was a little slow and the food wasn't all that great. My wife had to send hers back to have it remade, which the chef did and they compensated us for that. It... More

Staying in Nolita

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite being just off of busy Houston Street, Nolita maintains a low-key vibe that makes it a pleasant retreat in the heart of lower Manhattan. Short for “North of Little Italy,” Nolita was once considered to be part of Little Italy. Today, the neighbourhood is popular with young fashionistas popping in and out of the chic independent boutiques that line Mulberry, Mott and Elizabeth Streets. In addition to shopping, there are cozy restaurants and sidewalk cafes serving everything from new-school Italian food to the world-famous cronuts. While small in size (Nolita stretches just a few blocks in each direction), it’s a great neighbourhood to spend an afternoon people watching, window-shopping, and grabbing a bite to eat.
