Pleased to see Guy & Gallard return to this location (fix the street address to 470 Park Ave South @ 31st Street) New staff after several week closure in early 2017 for remodeling (and I suspect dispute with landlord). My go-to-place for a tasty, quick and freshly prepared breakfast. Occasionally lunch too. Now with insulated self-pour coffee dispensers...good upgrade. Eat-in... More

Good cooked breakfast or cold alternative in their $9.95 meal deal which also includes juice and coffee. Service was quite slow both times due to the small number of staff on tables but if you are in no hurry it is a good place to go - our waiter was very friendly.

Had a pretty good bagel with lox without having to shlep to one of the bagel meccas (Essa, etc.) on the way to a train from a nearby hotel. Nice waitstaff and quick service.

With deli and lunch places all around it's hard to pick one as a visitor and so I tried a few over the week. Guy & Gallard did pretty well although I almost stood in a queue I didnt need to and a little more clarity/organization may help the newbie but most of the customers are regulars and know the... We had breakfast here with free hotel vouchers, and the choices were pretty good for our picky family and also had fairly fast service.

I'm a regular for breakfast and occasionally lunch. Breakfast egg sandwiches made to order your way wrapped in foil. Fast. Tasty. Always fresh. Friendly staff who have been there for years. Coffee sold in huge amounts so always fresh...but small gripe is they use warmer plates instead of insulated coffee tanks. Columbia, Brazilian and Italian Dark Roast coffee brews are... More

Free breakfast from Hotel 3232 around the corner and the weekend option is much better. Why do people serving refuse to write down your order; every day for 3 days it came back wrong and always not very tempting

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
