right on the corner of 8th and 49th whcih was great for our hotel. We stocked up here on stuff for our room fridge. Great store but like everything in NYC it's hugely expensive compared to what you might expect at home.

Good size supermarket for the city. Convenient location for me. They deliver. Produce looked fresh. They have prepared foods but I did not try.

This is a small cafe in the food store. You can order pastries, coffees, deli items and quick serve items and there is a seating area to relax and consume them.

Ha, I ended up spending $60 for lunch for myself and two children. But everything was very nice. Great selection, friendly staff.

As the other reviews have said, you can get about anything you want here. This is my go to lunch stop while in this area. The last couple of times, I have been disappointed due to the lack of friendly help, and the cleanliness of the small eat-in area. Yesterday my pizza was soggy. Be careful if you buy certain... This is very conveniently located on 8th. They have a lot of gluten free items to choose from as well as everything else. The prices are moderate. They also have a lot of ready made dinners and lunches. Choices are huge.

Found this place when with a group of teens on a NY trip...Had something for everyone. Not sure why it has been panned. When we were there, everything was fresh and delicious and the place was spotlessly clean. Our group had everything from pasta to salad and soup to sushi-All was very good and would definitely eat here again!

Walking into here is likes a foodie's heaven, the sights and smells are enticing. All we wanted was a light dinner, which was satisfied by a container of rice with beans, adding chili con carne and teriyaki chicken; $8.99 per pound, weighed at the till. I would have liked a ginger beer with that, but although I could buy it... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
