Truest world class option in NYC. My second visit. Was a guest of friends this time. Love the approach to chicken. Choice by breed and no of days reared. Proper tasting old fashioned flavour. Amazing wine list. Top service. A must when In town.

So much chicken to choose from! This Stylish restaurant from Paris Chef Antoine Westerman was absolutely delicious! There are a dozen variations of poultry to choose from and delicious sides like perfect pommes frites and puree!
