Having visited Le Coq Rico in Paris, we were excited to try it it’s New York cousin. The restaurant delivered on every level. The food, ambience and service were extraordinary. Our waiter, Mirko, recommended several delicious things for us to try and we were grateful...More

The service was great. After that is was all down hill. Scallions had no seasoning whatsoever, the Goose filling was as awful as anything I’ve ever eaten. The value of the meal verses the cost was just as awful. Four people, 5 drinks. $570 not...More

This was our second visit to the restaurant. We had an experience consistent with our last (the Egg Meurette remains wonderful). We had a larger group (5) so ordered the Brunne Landaise and the duck. This was a great combination providing a good amount of...More

The restaurant is stylishly decorated, the service was excellent, and the wine and chicken were tops. The chicken we had was an organic well seasoned 120 day chicken... not just any chicken. The squash soup, salad ,and deviled eggs were delicious.

Le Coq is all about selling whole chickens at $100 per, a la carte. They helpfully tell you you can get chicken for 2 at $50 each, or chicken for 4 at $25 each, and you can probably figure out what chicken for 3 costs...More

It was a busy Saturday night that we decided to try this highly rated restaurant. A warm welcome from the greeter and a nice table in the main part-there are tables down the side corridor but avoid these as you’ll get a constant flow of...More

They have a restaurant in Paris. The specialty is chicken. Best to order a whole bird for the table but prices are high. Buzzy place
