Hot and sour soup, egg roll, tangerine crispy shrimp. Soup was not spectacular but the shrimp was fantastic (as well as being enough for two) and the eggrolls were good. Tsing Tao to drink,

We were taken here by friends on a Saturday night. It was definitely a Chinese favorite, I think we were the only 'Anglo's' in the place! The food was excellent, the service great, but we had a table for six and needed a lazy Susan.

Went in for take out since the restaurant is attached to the Holiday Inn. It was over $11 for a take-out box of shrimp fried rice for one. Food was excellent but thought it expensive as was the rest of the menu.

The restaurant sign says Chun's so why does everyone call it Chin's. By any other name, this is a really good Chinese restaurant having grown up in San Francisco near Chinatown and spent time in Hong Kong and mainland China. I was surprised how authentic this food is. Of course, San Diego is getting to look more like a city... More

We came here because we like this type of food and everyone can choose. Food was good, spicy needs more zoom, but ok. All in all , a nice meal. We might come back. Price was not a issue.

Very nice to the eyes....seated quickly, wait staff (little John Wayne according to him) was excellent. The chicken corn soup was very good, my main was a spicy beef. Saucy was tasty, it was finished (as far as prep) at the table. Seared on hot metal plate, the meat, the onions melded with the sauce as they all heated to... More

Everything I have ordered there has been very good. I have tried a variety of dishes from seafood , pork, poultry and beef. I ordered the Human Beef last time and didn'the want the vegetables other than the onion and they were happy to comply.

Chin's has been consistently good since we started going there 35 years ago. Don't be deterred by its location adjacent to a Holiday Inn - this is an independent restaurant. Food is mostly Szechwan with some Mandarin and lots of seafood as well as chicken, beef, pork, and vegetarian dishes. Ask for the Chinese menu if you want to be... More

Good food anytime, but on Sunday's they have a special menu with real treats... dim sum, Szechwan, etc. Quick service and really good food... generous portions. We picked 4 dishes to share and still took food home. Located next to the Hotel, but excellent food... there are locations throughout the San Diego area.
