The Grill at Torrey Pines serves the needs of the golfers and hotel guests. The indoor/outdoor restaurant offers spectacular craftsmen architectural design. There are multiple outdoor fire features for cooler days. Serving breakfast, lunch; and, dinner the food and service is outstanding. The Reuben sandwich is spectacular. A favorite is the home made warm potato chips with onion dip. The... More

Cozy, and perfect to watch folks practicing. Numerous local craft beers on tap. Solid regional wine list with many mid-priced. A bir dark and located behind course clubhouse.

The Grill is a great offering for breakfast or lunch. Dinner options were less than stellar...the dinner menu felt more like lunch with burger and sandwich options. The service was just OK which was a bit surprising for such a nice lodge. But back to breakfast and lunch...the blueberry and granola pancakes were incredibly delicious. And if you love avocado,... I had heard they had a great burger there and told someone I wanted to go. Then they said they had the BEST Reuben Sandwich. As a lover of Reubens... had to go. The Grill does their own Corned Beef, and the sauerkraut was amazing (get extra on the sandwich). We also shared a plate of onion rings that were... More

This grill is exceptionally un-exceptional. Nice location but the food is so dull and boring in flavor, even though it is presented artistically. We stayed at the lodge and tried the grill for breakfast, lunch and dinner over a period of several days. Was hoping it would somehow improve, but no. In general, the service is slow and the servers... More

The food always had a great presentation! We were disappointed that they were understaffed on a Sunday morning at 8am & could only seat half of the restaurant. Golfers usually can't wait to eat!

I had never eaten at the Grill at Torrey Pines Lodge and was taken there by a friend. As Ithe weather was a little rainy, we dined inside. I would have preferred the outdoor dining option as the restaurant was filled and quite noisy. Both the food and service were excellent. The restaurant does accept reservations, and there is parking.

Even a sweaty cyclist can get a wonderful meal with great, friendly, fast service at the Grill. Loading up on coffee, soup and their world famous hamburger did the trick to get us back on the road.
