Not the "old" Corvette's I remembered from near the university - but similar. They say our family of 8 in a large-ish booth in a black-light room. Very loud background music and noise, a little too dark for my liking, but hey - it was a busy place and I was grateful to be seated! Our waitress wasn't the sassy,... More

Disclaimer: This is not the place for fine dinning or having a deep conversation and you're going to be disappointed if you think this is. For those who are rating this place 1-2 stars complaining that it's too loud: what did you expect? This is a kid friendly place with a arcade in the back and almost mediocre food. Great... More

This a must-go Restaurant if you don't mind a certain nostalgia and of course some delicious food. The welcome and the service were impeccable. Johnny, our waiter, was so friendly and attentive. He gave us time to take photos. We arrived at the opening and the place, being empty, gave us the opportunity to take great souvenir photos. But in no... More

Like is good here if you like burgers, malts, memorabilia and entertainment. If you are into Corvettes, you must check out the back meeting room, home of the local Corvette club.

We went here tonight with our kids for dinner based on a recommendation from another nearby business. There is not much to say that hasn't already been said in other reviews - this place was a blast and our 3 year old loved it. The staff are fantastic and are all really into their roles and energetic. In the middle... More

I've been coming here off and on for the past 20 years. If you like Corvettes and the 50's, you'll love this classic diner-themed restaurant. It's got great food, a fun and nostalgic environment, and friendly staff. They even have a DJ that takes music requests. The food is great and always "over the top", especially the desserts. Many fun... More

Dined and played games at the Corevtte Diner with my family (2 adults, 5 children). It was absolutely Brilliant and I would highly recommend this place for dinner to any family visiting San Diego. It is very much a kids friendly venue (in fact I'd not recommend it to anyone without children) but if you have children of any age,... More

We had lunch at the Corvette Diner with the kids and were left amazed at the delicious food (definitely try the meatloaf) and great kids meal selection (sweet potato fries available with the kids meals as well if you ask!). And good god what amazing milkshakes!! Make sure you save space for one of these incredible creations!!

We came here not really knowing anything about it right before closing, and left wishing we had more time during our trip so we could come back! Even for a 50's theme restaurant they pull out all the stops. Our waiter was "Baby Huey" and he was fantastic. I'm not sure what the criteria is for getting a straw hair-do,... More

Rock n' Roll, burgers and shakes rule at the Corvette Diner! A '50s throw-back, with sassy waitresses in poodle skirts and bouffant hair-dos. It's more than just a place to eat, it's a destination.
