We dine at one of the Souplantations in San Diego at least twice a week. The recipes for a variety of soups and vegetables are real palate pleasers. I never liked broccoli until I tried Joan's Broccoli Madness. I am stuck on the chicken noodle soup because the noodles are like the thick egg noodles my mother used to make.... More

The best not so veggie buffete in town. I say not so veggie because you findnnon vegetarian soups as well. Excellent and clean food selection mainly for salads.

If you have ever been to a Soup Plantation you know they are a healthier, all you can eat answer to steak houses. A very long salad bar starts you off with a luscious array of fresh and tossed salads and toppings. Dressings galore. Hot foods include a selection of soups, including a couple of vegetarian ones. Pizza, pasta, muffins,... More

I have visited this vegetarian restaurant 2 times. This year the quality and variety of the food was not as good as last year. The buffet had many salads and veggies but the soups (more than 6 types) were not very tasty as last year and also the dessert options were quite poor, only cookies and type of hot brownie... More

The Manager runs a *very* tight ship here! Details obviously matter. Staff takes pride in their work and ownership of their assigned duties. Throw in a nice discount as members of Club Veg, and it's a perfect place for a healthy lunch or dinner!

We really enjoyed the huge salad bar, soups, pastas, drinks and desserts at the Souplantation. It was our favorite place to eat in California and we returned many times. We are back in Massachusetts and hope that one day they will open a restaurant in our area!

First time visited this place. To me in start it appears to be similar to OLIVE GARDEN, however I would rate it much higher. Excellent salads, soups, pizzas, drinks, ice creams and what not. Price is extremely reasonable. On a scale of 10, I would give SOUPLANTATION 10. Great.... Keep it up

Best places Ice ever been. It is about 8 dollars for a free for all. There is even steak! The pizza is especially good. Even picky eaters will find something here, there is over a 100 different things to eat.
