The owners care deeply about where their food comes from and how it affects the world. Their care shows in the preparation, the food itself, and the warmth of the staff. On a short business conference, I made sure to dine at Urban Solace twice. All ingredients are locally sourced and some prepared exclusively for the restaurant. The prices are... More

We finally made it! Our first time to dinner out on a weekday night for the two of us. Very light crowd, so our service was stellar. I had the SeaBass, my partner had the salmon. Both Delicious - Melted in your mouth. With the biscuits as a side, our dinner was spectacular! Stephanie, our server was brilliant. I have... More

During a recent trip to San Diego, we came here for dinner based on the good rating on Trip Advisor. I ordered their grilled hanger steak in a red wine sauce. The flavor or the meat and sauce was very good, but I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was on the rare side -- much too... More

This restaurant serves food with some very unique flavors at reasonable prices. It's a fun atmosphere and the service is outstanding. Recommend the meatloaf!

My son and I stopped at Urban Solace on our way from the airport to our hotel. It was a great first stop on our trip! The duckaroni was delicious, my son's grilled cheese sandwich was memorable, too much food to eat in one meal.

Third time visiting this restaurant so I thought I would try the Hanger steak. I was not very impressed. I had to add the garlic butter to give it some flavor. I thought it would taste a lot better since it cost almost $30. My girlfriend also had the hanger stake and she stated it was better the last time... More

Went for breakfast but after studying the menu decided on lunch! My sister and I shared the chicken salad sandwich which was excellent as were the French fries. We both had the tomato fennel soup which I liked but my sister not so much. We sat at the bar which was great. I had a very good spicy bloody Mary.... More

the cheddar biscuit was really good. The wings tasted frozen. They were dry. My boyfriends fries tasted bad like double fried and mine were fresh and delicious. He really liked his shrimp and grits. My quinoa burger was good.

I will first state that I find it really incredible when I spend my time and money going to a restaurant to try it and review it online, that my review disappears off of the web. SO, I'LL DO IT AGAIN. I wish I had saved a Word file for every review I've done so that I could reference which... More
