Omg we loved the food. The two - three hour no reservation wait worth it. Go there two hours before you think you will want to eat (three hours if during the dinner hours). You leave your cell phone number and they call you when...More

Everyone has a favorite spot for lobster roll in Boston, and mine is Neptune Oyster. Succulent, sweet lobster served warm in a toasted brioche roll with a (healthy) drizzle of butter along with a pile of crispy fries - it's heaven on a plate. No...More

Exploring Boston, we went to Neptune for lobster rolls and chowder. Delicious! Service was excellent. We went early and still a lineup so be prepared to explore the area while you wait. Hot Lobster rolls were some of best we've had although pricey if you...More

Its a small space, they don't take reservations, you have to plan your visit to the area and get there first, get your name on the waiting list and then they can give you a time estimate and call you when they are ready for...More

If you are looking for a quiet, intimate dinner, this is not the restaurant for you. It is loud, small and you may sit with strangers as we did tonight. If you are looking for great food from beginning to end then run don't walk...More

Got in line, the restaurant took our name and cellphone number and said they'd call in 45 minutes, when a space for two would be available. We walked around the North End and explored awhile and in 30 minutes we got the call. Had seats...More

Super small but amazing seafood place in the North End. It's definitely extremely popular and unlikely that you'll get in without a wait. The food is great and despite the close quarters and how small it is, you're not rushed through your meal. Great service!

How good of their food was told by the long waiting line at their front door. In order to get a table for dinner we put our name on the list at noon. They had 16 varieties of fresh oyster to choose. We ordered all...More

North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church

Check out Vito's Tavern on the very next block. Very nice, large selection, great ambiance, though a bit deafening. They get a lot of waiting traffic from Neptune. Neptune calls your cell about 10 minutes or so ahead of your... More
