I think this would be a good tourist stop, being downtown and close to Fanueil Hall and all the touristy spots. There is live music, but we missed it and sadly, it was "cover music" versus Irish.

We sent to the Kinsale as we were looking for a typic Irish Pub in Downtown Boston. Waiters were okay, meals were preety good, the decor was Irish but the ambiance screwed it up... Mainstream music, college football on Tv.. it was a bit disappointing!

Where else would you go on St. Patrick's Day but an Irish pub. It was great, as not only a pub but a restaurant too. They tell me that the decor was shipped over from Ireland years ago and I can believe it. Real atmosphere....More

Went here during the afternoon to watch a soccer match and the bar tender was happy to change the channel for us. Great vibes with a delicious drink menu, from sangria to beers. Good prices and a nice low key crowd for the afternoon.
