Chanced this place walking by at dinner time. The menu intrigued us and the decor attractive. Results: very good. Short but creative menu with enough spirits to prove interesting. Service truly above the norm. This was a serendipitous stop and better because of it.

I can't rave enough about Abby Lane. A friend told me that I HAD to eat at Trattoria Newbury. Since we had a show to attend, it was too far for us to eat in time and make our show. On the Trattoria website, I...More

Stopped for dinner on a non-theater night (plenty of close parking). Not busy at all, but fully staffed. Service was friendly and quick. Food was prepared perfectly and brought out hot. Both the spaghetti and meatballs and the burgers were excellent. You can tell they...More

We came here for a quick bite before a concert and it was quick, tasty and good value but a little noisy. Chicken sandwich highly recommended.

Wow! Stopped in here before going to the theatre. Excellent appetizers, cold beer, and great ambiance. We got the bruschetta and it was heavenly! Great service, clean and modern place. I could really enjoy a business meeting here. Great for after work cocktails.

On a Tuesday night, no reservations needed. This is not destination dining, but a great place for a casual meal before the theater. Based upon recommendations from prior reviewers,I had the Boston lettuce salad: Half a head of lettuce, grapes, walnuts, blue cheese, truffle oil...More

The place is well-lit, the menu is varied and reflect culinary knowhow and the location accessible - not much more you can ask for. Could have used more craft beer on tap, which more and more bars and restaurants are incorporating into their alcoholic beverage...More

Abby Lane is located across from the Wang Theater, we stumbled upon it while staying at the Marriot that is almost next door. Abby Lane has an upstairs and downstairs and I found their service to be quick and friendly during two visits. Everything we...More

Interesting place- both an attractive downstairs and a different upstais- big couches you can eat at and tables where you can literally see the theater you might be going to. I had the chicken- very good and enormous portion- I couldn't finish it and I...More

Went for lunch, fish sandwich has tiny piece of fish and huge sandwich, fish is dry and salty, Greek salad has too much olive oil feels soggy, fish tacos was soft tacos and ordinary. Ambience is nice.

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
