We went there with lot of expectation. Kimoto Pitcher was nice and Avocado Maki and Grilled Asparagus was not bad. What we didn't like was Hearts of palm. Excellent service. Vegetarian have a bit of difficulty but can manage thru

Had a fun meal of tapas style Asian food eating with multiple small plates to share. Would go with at least several people to enable multiple tastes. Some highlights were the Korean spaghetti, the octopus shiso, the banana leaf chicken salad (spicy). And the shiso mojito is a must! It was delicious.

We took 8 courses, not tasting menu, with sale, the bill was 319$. But every penny worth! The yellowtail sashimi was spectacular. The beef on the stone and fuagras also the best! 10 from 10! P.s: guys please buy the espresso machine ❤️

I visited Uni on two occasions, as I was staying at the Eliot hotel. I was traveling alone, so I sat at the bar, where I was waited on promptly. The food was excellent, particularly the "late night ramen" I enjoyed on a Saturday evening. The restaurant has a good and friendly vibe - great variety of patrons. I didn't... More

My Daughter are Australian and on vacation in Boston. All the restaurant reviews recommended this restaurant. In Sydney we are used to high quality Japanese such as Zushi, Sake and Sushi E - this was average compared to these three restaurants. The only saving grace was the Tuna.

Did the chefs tasting with a few friends and had a blast. The manager recommended different sakes to go with each course and it was just fantastic. Will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in town.

What can I say? Superb sushi restaurant. I know my sushi very well and I'd eat here anytime I'm in Boston. Their Sake selection is very strong and the guys know their sake. Whether for a quick drink or nice romantic meal I'd recommend anybody who hasn't been there already. This place makes me want to live in Boston.

Had dinner there and it was an amazing culinary experience! Everything that we tried was very good! The staff was very friendly and although it was packed, the orders were served on a timely manner. It is worth a try!

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
