This was such a disappointing visit for us. We queued outside, but not for too long. The restaurant is brilliant inside, a great atmosphere, really authentically decorated, busy, but not too so. Lots of choice on the menu, and very tasty pizzas. Unfortunately the waitress...More

Last Saturday my husband and I decided to uber into the Northend to catch the end of a basketball game and then head over to Regina Pizza for a bite, after a long hard working day. We arrived in the Regina Pizza outdoor line around...More

Worth the wait, make sure you use the loaded oil, and though there are many Reginas around Boston definitely visit the one in the North End (11 1/2 Thatcher). I dream of this pizza! Enjoy!

Thin, crunchy crust, such yummmmmy, melty cheese and sauce! Get thee to the North End or Faneuil Hall!

Visited early evening before a Celtics game and there were lots of people doing the same. The place was queued down the street, including with locals which I always think is a great sign! Groups of 3+ were seated more quickly than couples but we...More

Revisit. Ordered take-out on a Saturday evening. Told me it would take 30 minutes, more like 50. I waited over by the side door. Large pie cost about $32 dollars. Half of the crust bottom was over-charred and totally black. Could not eat it. Rest...More

We had their daily special, sausage and onion pizza. Very good, service friendly and reasonably quick. Tables for ordering whole pie, otherwise you’re relegated to bar.

This is the best pizza in Massachusetts! It’s been my favorite for years now and still is. It was fun to go back to the original location in the North End.

Not sure how authentic it really is but it’s buzzing inside. It’s really a good pizza with a decent size. A good place to have your first meal in Boston

My friends and I stopped by for some quick slices before heading out to the bars. This was the second time that I have been to Pizzeria Regina, and the first for my friends. I loved it the first time—so much so, that I chose...More

North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church

Like night and day. The original serves truly great pizza, on a par with the best in NYC. Faneuil hall and other locations are very good compared to other chain store pizzas but not in the same ballpark as the North End... More
