I've had great pizza's throughout the country, but Regina's is the best I have ever had, and everyone in our party agreed. The menu is pizza only, which shows the value of specialization. There are significant options, including a 3 pound entry loaded with toppings. But we opted for a plain cheese, and that choice let the greatness of the... More

It is worth to walk into the North End or visit their outlet in Faneuil Hall. The taste is great and it is...Italian! may be you have to wait for a table, but the taste will be a great reward. You have to try pepperoni to discover the jewel, but all combinations are great! Good service and reasonable prices.

I was in the north end looking for something to eat. I saw a huge line well it turned out to be this gem. Regina is arguably the best place to get some pizza. I have been to NYC and Chicago but this is the best by far.

Amazing pizzas. Crispy, fresh, hot, so tasty and really delicious. Have eaten a lot of pizza and cannot recall a better one. We had a chicken, pesto, ricotta, fresh basil and garlic sauce and a simple fresh tomato, mozzarella and basil. Both were perfect. Wine was great value and delicious. It's like stepping back in time in some ways and... More

Went to Regina at 3:20pm on 12/26. Still had a 35 minute wait which was worth every second. Large mushroom & green pepper and a small sausage pie. And of course a pitcher of Stella. Oh my gosh, so great. Nothing compares. No other Regina location can duplicate what they serve at the North End store. The Best!

This is THE pizza, you have to try it!! It has been ranked as one of the best pizza's in USA for a reason. It's a very small italian restaurant, with a very authentic feeling. Nothing fancy, just great pizza at a good price. They use a special yeast for the dough, so the flavor is very special. I just... More

One of my favourite pizza places for a great quality pizza. Always on time and always a great experience. I usually go for basic cheese za! Always wins me over

Found this place by accident but what a find! Very quaint neighbourhood staple that has been around for decades. Terrific pizza at a terrific price! Worth the wait in line!!

Small italian restaurant with authentic italian cuisine. We ordered a couple of pizza and both were great. The other best thing than the quality of the pizzas was the prize.

Although it lacks the old-world charm of the original Pizzeria Regina in Boston's North End, the food court satellite in Kingston MA makes takeout-worthy pizza. Midweek there's even a discount for buying two large cheese pizzas!
