Pizzeria Regina is one of the iconic places that never gets old even though they have been around forever. The lines are long and slow but it all builds up to that final moment when you are finally sitting down, ordering your favorite pizza. The...More

Absolutely delicious pizza! Loads of choice and the staff were very friendly. The place itself is in North end so very handy for us after a day of sight seeing. Full of character!

We heard Boston had some great Italian food, especially pizza, but hadn't found that perfect pizza yet. Today we stumbled upon Regina Pizzeria when leaving the Cheers store. Perfect!!! I wanted more, and the delightful girl who waited on us told us we needed to...More

This review is for the North End and the original of Regina's as it's our favorite location. This has been my husbands go-to since college days decades ago. He brought me the first time I visited Boston and we've returned through all the years. It's...More

Pizza was fabulous. We asked a local of the North End and we were directed to Reginas. Boy were we glad we did...gives Chicago pizza a run for the money. A very quaint establishment with very friendly people. It definitely pays to ask!!

Regina's doesn't look like much from the outside. It doesn't look like much from the inside either, and the paper plates and cups really don't give off a great impression - they should rethink those, not just because it looks cheap, but also because of...More

Can be long lines to get in but there's a reason for that. Best pizza..ever. Wonderful family owns this place and it is an anchor of the North End. Don't stress the line it moves pretty fast and you'll be glad you did.

North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church
