The Paramount, for me, was a must do visit for breakfast. The restaurant is run on a canteen style service and as such you queue to put in your order. The place is extremely popular and we visited on a Sunday morning around 10am...the queue...More

Visited this place for breakfast on the strength of other trip advisor reviews. The reviews are accurate this is a really good place for breakfast, evidenced by the fact that there were already 20 people queuing ten minutes before opening on a Sunday morning. We...More

Walking by the Paramount on Saturday and Sunday and seeing the long line ups made me wonder what the fuss was about. So we tried it for breakfast on a Monday around 9am and got in without a wait. It's a cafeteria style set up...More

I had to finally see what everyone was talking about when I found myself with some extra time for breakfast this morning. I went with a friend pretty early - around 7:30 on a Monday morning - and there was no wait. There's a big...More

Be prepared for a VERY long wait. They operate a queuing system where you line up to place an order which is then processed, prepared and passed to you in time to make payment at the register (there is no table service). We quickly realised...More

If you can get in: jump in line to order your breakfast. I had the French toast with strawberries and bacon. Hungry? Good, because it's a lot of food! Fun to do, but try to hit the off hours to avoid a crowd.

My girlfriend and I tried coming here a few weeks ago and we couldn't get in because it was too packed and I see now why it was packed. There was a line that extended to the next block. This is actually the first time...More

My wife and I had breakfast at the paramount and it was delicious. We had the French toast special with lots of fresh cut strawberries and a southwestern omelet. Both were outstanding. It was unique in how they sat as you get your food first...More

Out-of-towners who came here on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Boston. He doesn't have kids, and it's apparent he didn't take that in to account. We arrived about five minutes after their advertised opening time on a Sunday, and the line was...More

The Paramount has a very tried and true process. You essentially stand in line, order your meal, and by the time your food is prepared you have a seat.

It depends on the time of day. If you go around 11 am on Sunday then it should take about an 60-70 mins from start to finish. The food is ready very quickly - around 5 minutes, but its the waiting time which takes the most... More
