Both the clam and lobster chowders passed the taste test for these Nova Scotians at Boston Chowda in Quincy Market. Both chowders were delicious and had lots of clams and lobster.

Ordered a medium bowl of Clam Chowder and a Lobster Roll and it ran about $25. Not a cheap lunch. Clam Chowder was good, but average. Lobster Roll had plenty of lobster meat on a fresh roll. Hit the spot.

This place was amazing! I had it on my saved trip list because of the ratings but didn't actually visit until the last day and almost didn't go! We decided to just stop into Quincy Market. Don't let any of the other places distract you, this place is amazing! I got the hot lobster roll combo with soup and a... More

My wife and I stopped here after touring the freedom trail. It was a cloudy, cool, fall day and the clam chowder hit the spot. Nice and creamy and a good amount of clams. We had a couple other tastings at different places during our New England vacation and none were better..

We stopped for an early lunch before Quincy Market became super busy - and both of us had New England Chowder in bread bowls. A very large serving of tasty soup in fresh soft bread with a crunchy crust. Super filling and served hot. We sat outside and ate as it was a lovely day.

22$ for a lobster roll? but it was stuffed full of Lobster meat and was very nice. The clam chowder comes in small, medium, large and quart size. I opted for the medium which was enough as it's think and creamy. You take your food and find a seat.

Ordered the lobster roll and a large clam chowder. That was around $40 which is pretty pricy for a Market place. Lobster roll was good however the clam chowder had very few clams in it. Would I go back ? Probably not for that price. Pretty hyped up place for sure.

Wow! This lobster roll was jammed packed with Lobster goodness! Loved the roll also, it had a very sweet flavor to it. Different than just the average "hot dog roll". You will need a fork to control the over-stuffed Lobster in these rolls! Outstanding!

We visited Faneuil Hall and decided to grab a bite to eat. My wife and I split a hot lobster roll and had a cup of clam chowder each and it set us back almost $40... It was definitely delicious, and we went back a second time, but $40 for soup and sandwich is still pretty pricey.

The food was good. You can definitely find better chowder. I had the lobster mac and cheese and there was a good amount of lobster in it which was surprising.
