Had dinner at Estragon recently. Tapas were excellent! Very well conceived menu, lovingly prepared dishes. Didn't try the wine list, went with Sangria instead. We were there for a meal, but the rest of the room was there for a fun night out. Luckily their...More

Pleasantly surprised to discover this place in South Boston. Funky vibe on the interior and very friendly staff. The wine list is extensive with detailed descriptions. In contrast to another review, our server did know how to present the wine. The caliber of the tapas...More

Went here after work with a friend one night. We sat at the bar area. The drinks were great, and that's primarily why we went there. We ordered patatas bravas and the chicken empanadillas. The empanadillas were quite good. The potatoes weren't too bad but...More

Cold and greasy food. Small portions for the high price. "Spanglish" dishes. Not worth it at all. Probably the worst Spanish restaurant that I have ever tried.

Most of what we had was very good but that is fine, when you order so many little dishes some are bound to be better than others. Great cocktails. I would go back and try other items and get some of the same. Excellent service.

Loved Estragon. Small plates, so keep ordering. The crispy artichoke hearts are amazing, loved the goat cheese/tomato on toast, beef tongue, bone marrow, skirt steak was okay, grilled octopus (not my favorite, but the rest liked it, lamb chops are awesome, breaded pork loin was...More

I think this is the best tapas spot in Boston. I've been coming here for years. Estragon is a nice, neighborhood spot, not a see and be seen type of restaurant. Also, the food is can't miss, chef Julio always delivers, amazing variety of tapas,...More

We tried Estragon with two other couples recently. We were excited to order a variety of plates to share and eat! Our waiter was pleasant and helpful. We tried both types of octopus( grilled baby and Spanish octopus) beef cheeks, toast points (steak and cheese,...More
