Not really impressed. How difficult is it to make grilled cheese and have the cheese actually melted. Service overall was good but food was not impressive.

I came with a group and we had a good time playing pool for an hour or so, but we weren't eager to stick around. Drinks were not great, but they were running a Bacardi promotion the night I was there so at least they were free :)

The Team at Jillians was amazing! We had a private event in the Loft and they did an incredible job. Food was fantastic, Service was top-notch. This Team does what it takes to make a visit special!

The service was awful. Took forever to find a waitress to bring us a drink and food. Had the Pizza but was not bad and the wine selection is quite limited. BUT. If you want an awesome fun place to go bowling or play pool with a date, this is it. You are going her for the fun atmosphere and... More

I took a group of 8 guys there for an afternoon of bowling, pool, drinking and eating to kill some time before the Syracuse/Duke basketball game. I haven't been there in a few years and it looks like they haven't updated or fixed anything in that same time. The felt covering on the pool tables was horrible - burn marks,... More

I went here with my team for I guess you would call a "team building" exercise. The place can definitely accomodate a lot people, and everyone in my group was able to play on a table. The food was only ok - it's tpyical bar food (wings, nachos, etc). It took a while for the wait staff to get over... More

Jillian's was a good ideas for our work event. I do think they can step up the food quality, but cookies & brownies were very good.

Great lounge-y atmosphere for playing pool or going bowling. The wait for a table or lane can get pretty long on a Friday or Saturday night.

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
