Delicious! I love the warehouse, loft style feel of this underrated restaurant in the arts district. We were 5 people and after tasting everyone's dishes I can honestly say "yum". Everyone loved their filets the best. The salads can be shared by 2 if you...More

Had the best oysters for an appetizer. Really cool place in Asheville to have some really great food. We shared the filet and it was cooked to perfection. Definitely coming back to this place!

The chef must have fallen asleep at the grill. That's the only way to 'splain the fact that my "Burger Monday" cheeseburger (for which I paid $150 for two including oysters on the half shell, charred octopus, drinks, beers and dessert) came out with a...More

The food itself was absolutely delicious, however, the portion size was disappointing for the price point. The ambiance fell short of expected, as did the quality of service again for the price point. We felt rushed by the waitress and felt we were bothering her...More

Made reservations for Monday night and arrive a little early. Was seated right away. Had decent beverage menu. Monday night is burger night. Fresh cut fries and the burgers were amazing. Beignets were fabulous. Turkish espresso cream topping excellent. Definitely on our routine list now.

Do yourself a favor and get to the Bull and Beggar. This place is one of our go-tos for romantic dinners and special occasions. Their dinner is fab--the filet with bone marrow and tartiflette is to die for. Burger night is a great deal (although...More

My wife and our close friends spent a long weekend in Asheville, exploring nature and experiencing the city’s fine dining. The culinary highlight was the Bull and Beggar! While the name is unique, the menu and food was even more extraordinary. From the roasted pumpkin...More

Everything from the food to the drinks to the dessert was absolutely scrumptious. I especially recommend the charred octopus. Beautifully prepared and out of this world in terms of flavor.

As my title states, this is the kind of food you would request for your last meal – exquisiteness without pretension. The dishes pride itself on creative complexity. I had the Beef Shin en Daube, and it was the kind of food that forces one...More

I am a patron not the owner. In my opinion this probably is not the best place to take young children. The menu is geared to those looking for something out of the ordinary. For burgers try Farm Burger. They are more family... More
