As with all of Biltmore Estate properties, this was no different. Great service, pleasant servers and after viewing how millionaires lived, you feel like you are one of them. Cannot say enough about the people who worked there (Biltmore Estate) and how helpful they were. The Ice Cream Parlor had two stations to serve the public with several helpers. Hugh... More

Located just outside Biltmore House. we ordered the Banana Split. Very good and was a nice treat after touring the house and garden.

The food is straightforward but the enjoyment is lessened by the long lines for obtaining a very simple ice cream or sandwich. OK -- but not really Biltmore quality. More for the tourists with kids.

The ice cream here is good however it was actually cooler outside. I got a root beer float to cool off after our tour through the Biltmore Estate.

We enjoyed a scrumptious ice cream in a wonderful setting overlooking the village green. Lots of delicious flavors to chose from and reasonabley priced

This was a great snack after the house and the garden area. All had to get different flavors so we could try each others. Not sure which one is a favorite.. ALL YUMMY

Get a shot of espresso to pour over your ice cream for just a buck, and sit outside to enjoy! The 'child' size cup was a good sized portion if you're coming from lunch and don't have much room left!

Cappucino (sp?) crunch was most excellent. Waitress was sweet. Order one scoop--two scoops are too much for one person.

When I walked away from the counter everyone else in line were commenting on how good it looked. The best part is it tasted even better than it looked! The quality of the ice cream was excellent.

When touring the Biltmore Estate, this is a wonderfully refreshing place to stop. We ordered single scoop cones and the we're huge. Great value for the money but almost too much to rat. I would order the kid size next time. A good assortment of flavors and treats, such as a banana split and brownie sundae. All were great.
