Delicious food and very friendly staff! We only stayed in Moab one night and we're very happy that we chose to eat here! The wait staff were extremely accommodating with my allergies. The view from the restaurant was amazing and so beautiful! The inside of the restaurant was equally beautiful.

The food was incredible! My husband is still talking about the steak (two months later)! The restaurant faces the Colorado River and has large windows to overlook the beauty outside. In warmer months, it is also possible to eat outside on the deck. Advanced reservations are probably a good idea in the busier hours.

We have dined at the Cowboy Grill three times now and each meal was wonderful! the first time we visited Red Cliffs Lodge was in February 2016 and I had the smoked bbq ribs, which were so good we went back the next night and ordered the exact same thing! Tonight I ordered the lamb chops and they were also... More

We stayed at the lodge and enjoyed dining at the Cowboy Grill twice during our stay. I tried the salad specials both nights and enjoyed salmon the first night and trout the second night served with a baked potato and fresh veges. I didn't realize until the second night that they had Cactustinis and it hit the spot after a... More

We have been to the Cowboy Grill many times over the years and it has always been a positive experience. The food has been consistently good and the wait staff is always properly attentive. If the weather permits, choose to sit out on the patio, and enjoy the beautiful views. Fortunately, there are lots of large windows, so even if... More

sunday brunch is a graat experience with the views of the river and red rocks. The decor is cowboy but very well done. The staff from the front desk to the grille are some of the best I have encountered. They make you feel very welcome. The food in the evening meal is also great especially the pork chop.

Breakfast is incredible and very affordable--if you can focus on the food with the incredible view! We stayed at the lodge, so we also had dinner here twice. Everything was wonderful!

We made a reservation here after our tour companions told us about this place. And are we glad we took their advice. The food was good, the wine was really good, the view was spectacular and the service was outstanding. I ordered the NY Steak and they prepared it just right, but the steak was a little tough. My wife... More

When we arrive in Moab I googled restaurants. The result was very unconvincing - until I stumbled upon The Cowboy Grill @ Red Cliff Lodge. The website said reservations were recommended, and that's what we did. I told the husband it was a half an hour's drive, and he frowned but was wise enough not to say anything. God was... More
