Great food and service. Only complaint is the TV and music competed with each other, making conversation difficult.

Had the enchilada verdes plate with 4 enchiladas - glad my friend and I shared the plate! Verde sauce was delicious, chicken was plentiful and tender, and rice was yummy. We had the guacamole appetizer which was served with a side of pico de gallo...More
If in a hurry or in mood for variety, I would recommend the parrillada . Consists of Dif meats and you can try a little bit of everything instead of ordering something that might not be to your liking.

I own a 2nd home in Del Rio and we visit frequently. We have eaten at almost every restaurant in town over the years and Manuel’s is probably the best. Gigantic portions and reasonable prices. Excellent food. We have never had a bad meal there....More
Nothing special but, considering it is in Del Rio, was pleasantly surprised. Steaks were generously sized and properly prepared. Quite tasty. Chips and salsa were very good. Drinks very good.
Manuel’s Steakhouse has the best chips and salsa in Del Rio. My favorite dish is their fried shrimp. They’ll bring you guacamole and Pico de Gallo that you mix together!! So yummy with the chips!
The margarita was great, made with lime juice, no mix. Had the ribeye and grilled shrimp. It came with salad and baked potato. All was good. Service was good, too.
