We've been to Mijita for lunch, a birthday party and recently for breakfast and loved it every time. The food is fresh and clean and you can't beat the views of the waterfront and Bay Bridge. We had the chorizo con huevos, huevos rancheros and the pescado taco. You can sit outside and watch the ferry dock and after you... More

Was walking through and checking out the Ferry building and decided I needed a bite to eat. Had heard of this place from a co-worker and was rewarded with 2 very tasty tacos and a bowl of chips and guacamole. The tortillas were excellent and the flavors likewise. I went with 1 pork and 1 beef taco.

The food is okay priced considering its water front.Prices are decent for SF but be prepared for a 15% added tax to cover rising wages and healthcare, however tips are not accepted.Somewhat busy but the food was served hot and quickly. I had the pastor torta and it was delicious.Full of meat, avocados and salsa that were perfectly blended flavors. My wife had... More

3 long time friends came off the ferry to have lunch here. One had 2 tacos- shrimp and beef. They were small, tasty and hit the spot. One had a beef sandwich, bread/bun so big he couldn't finish and one had mushroom quesadillas. She pronounced it great! Its busy, its bright but has views of the SF Bay when the... More

I like that they do less than typical Mexican food. I love all the things that aren't on other menus!

Looking through the window of this restaurant, a Mexican lady can be seen making tortillas, now this is a good sign. This is an example of the freshness of the food here, all cooked to order with high turnover. Get here early.

First time I tried this place, about 5 years ago, it was pretty good and a tad pricey. Today it was so-so and a lot pricier "for what one received". I had the Chile Verde Burrito and added refried beans (no extra charge) $8, had I added cheese, it would have been a dollar more. But keep in mind it's... More

We stopped in for a late lunch and ordered fish tacos, pollo asado, taco de carnitas and the Mijita quesadillas. The food arrived fairly quickly, but not all together. It was fresh and reasonably tasty, but not as awesome as we hoped it would be. Similarly, the Sangria was fairly ordinary, but at least our pitcher came at Happy Hour... More

This is in the Ferry Building so a good place to stop while in the tourist area of San Francisco. It was mexican style tapas so we ordered a few different dishes to share. The tables outside are right on the harbour side so a good place to sit for people watching and to look out into the waters. Service... More

Nice spot for people watching, especially on a warm day during Farmer’s market, with a drink and a plate of nachos. Reasonable prices and relaxed ambiance.
