Being new to the neighborhood we stopped for lunch at this Italian cafe on a recent Saturday afternoon. The menu is very extensive however I opted for the classic eggplant parmigiana with a side garden salad. My partner had grilled chicken over angel hair. My...More

The staff is very friendly. They provide very good service and are accommodating with special requests. The owner is frequently in the restaurant and says hello to people. It's a family owned business. I like to support these family restaurants. The Italian dinners are excellent....More

Sunday Brunch in San Francisco. Lines, lines, lines, all for some eggs and a lot of preciousness. We stumbled upon Rocco's because I was trying to remember a different place on Folsom and what a find. Great breakfast and lunch, terrific waitress and staff, helpful...More

Just do it. Food 10/10, service 10/10, atmosphere 10/10. Nothing artificial, all home made food. Was absolutely divine. I had half serve pasta with vegetables and prawns with white creamy sauce. So good!

Rocco's is a low-key place. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Not strictly Italian. One of their specials was a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. I expected prices to be a bit lower given the locale, but it's still San Francisco. Portions are generous. Recommend...More

Great little neighborhood spot. Comfortable atmosphere, delicious food, super-friendly service. If I lived nearby, I'd be a regular. Besides, you have to love a place where you walk in to hear the sounds of Elton John and Kiki Dee playing "Don't Go Breaking My Heart!"...More

This place has seen the ups and downs of San Francisco, with photos and posters on the wall from decades of business. You couldn't ask for staff more friendly or helpful, and the food was superb. I had sole, and I was delighted at how...More

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated

for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able
to do more than just business - museums, top quality
restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call
this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
