This is a very simple no frills restaurant with the best seafood. Price is extremely low, everything is cooked perfectly. Some of the best dishes on my last visit, clams with pumpkin and black bean, exceptional. Scallop in pepper sauce, string bean with garlic. Whole sea bass, lobster and more. Obviously if you do not like seafood this is not... More

We were staying in a flat near this restaurant and decided to order food to go and bring back as it was a very stormy night in San Francisco. We ordered the house chow Mein - which was average at best. The salt and pepper pork was very good as was the deep fried fish - I think it was... More

The food here is average and the service is typical for a mid level restaurant. Make sure you check you take out order before you leave. We ordered Peking style pork chop and discovered we got sweet and sour pork instead even we ordered in Cantonese. No apology for their mistakes . Parking can be difficult to find.

I was told the owners changed, and so did the food. Very disappointed with the food, as its dry and below standard of what SF Chinese food should be.

We needed to find a good Chinese place in the Sunset area for my elderly mother in law. Many of these places lack the service and cleanliness you'd expect in western places but to the elderly, if it's good, solid food at a good price, they'll keep dining here again and again. We'd heard of this place and kept encouraging... More

Our only experience with this place was "take out". I'm glad we didn't stay for a whole meal. We had the Hot & Sour soup which all I can say is it was hot and boy was it sour. Couldn't really eat this bland excuse for a great Chinese soup. Also had the Shrimp Egg Foo Yung which was quiet... More

The steamed whole flounder is to die for. Simple, with perfect sauce to flavor your rice. This place is Chinese comfort food at its best. I love the simple atmosphere. Once inside, it could be any year...1970 - present. I mean that as a compliment. Friendly service. A regular stop of mine when I am in SF.
