We had a good time with our visit, tried some good quality 70% and 100% chocolate bars (and bought some), tried some outstanding hot chocolate and helped ourselves to a couple of free marshmallows from the bowl near the till... We stopped at the kiosk for some hot chocolate and a treat at The Ferry Building. The hot chocolate was some of the best I've ever had! Talking to the others in line it sounds like you ca't go wrong ordering anything there.

Went to their kiosk by the pier and purchased some chocolate after reading about it online as a "designer" chocolatier. The lady was very knowledgeable about the chocolates and they were $8/bar. They had small samples you could taste of the various chocolates which was good since they all have distinct flavors. Only downside- when paying there was a section... More

You can buy bars of dark chocolate which you can sample. Or buy a drink with a selection of deserts, all made of chocolate. The chocolate is made in store which you can view at the back of the premises.

My daughter and I stopped here on a chilly afternoon for some hot chocolate, and it was very rich and chocolatey. They have homemade marshmallows, too, that are delicious.

Wow. We'll do a class or a tour the next time we're in San Francisco. The European Drinking Chocolate was an out-of-this-world treat -- so rich, not overly sweet, and served in a beautiful mug. The kids loved their mochas, marshmallows, toffee with cocoa nibs and a s'more, all exquisite. The opportunity to taste the different chocolates was very special.

Instructors were open to answering questions and the class provided me with a (chocolate bar) solid, basic understanding of the way chocolate is made. Thank you!
