Love this place. Great food. Some spicy. Reasonable prices. Nice pineapple mimosas. Perfect with the cuisine.

The jerk chicken is simply one of the best in SF for the last decades. The Caribbean breakfast menu has too much to describe. Good prices and awesome fun atmosphere.
I love their red snapper and jerk chicken with rice and beans. The red snapper is so flavorful and the staff are cool. There's seating outside as well. There's no other place like it in SF. If you crave Caribbean flavors, you must go here!...More
I have been to other Jamaican-influenced restaurants in the Bay Area. It is perhaps unfair to judge one versus the other on the basis of just one meal, but in this case I will. We had a most enjoyable experience at Primo Patio Cafe. If...More
While in the area of AT&T Park, a friend recommended to try out Primo Patio. It is like a couple of blocks from AT&T Park, near the Willie Mays Plaza. After walking through the entrance and narrow hallway, you seat yourself in the patio. A...More
I love this joint. It's simple and awesome. The food is too. Jerk chicken is a winner, but try anything on the menu and you'll love it.
Affordable good food around Mission Bay is very hard to find. Primo Patio is a great little cafe with awesome jerk chicken and fries! The full plates are quite a bit of food compared to the sandwich or pita. Fries can be submitted with roasted...More
This is definitely a neighborhood gem! The fish was fresh and delicious, and the waitperson was friendly and welcoming. The patio is very cute--decorated Caribbean style. It is easy to miss- the storefront is small and the patio is hidden from street view. Most of...More
This place is so FUN and YUMMY/DELICIOUS! I have had almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. I cannot stay away from the jerk CHICKEN! The jerk chicken dinner or jerk chicken salad is incredible. Truly. I've gone here for many years and...More
Great jerk chicken in this casual outside café. Service is great with an extensive menu in this "hole in the wall" outdoor restaurant between Moscone Center and AT&T ballpark. It's worth a visit.
