This is a really great place to have excellent pizza or mouthwatering pasta. We didn't make a reservation and therefore had to wait for 25 minutes, not much on a Sunday evening. It was definitely worth it!

Uncle Vito's has old school flair on the outskirts of downtown in San Francisco. The restaurant seemed a good alternative to the fairly cheap "By the Slice" places nearby and had the best reviews so we decided to check it out. While we almost passed...More
Great pizza place, it was a little crowded but it's all part of the atmosphere. One of the best pies we have had in a long long time - its a must visit place if you are in the area, you won't be disappointed -...More
great pizza place, we hade the margarita mid size which was just perfect for 2 people. unfortunatelly they didn't serve coffee at night.

We ate here on a last minute decision since we had a long day and had no reservations elsewhere. My wife's Fettucine Pesto was floating in pesto, ruining the dish. My Fettucine Siena, though better than my wifes, was average at best. Avoid upstair seating...More
