We went past this bakery on the bus but got off the bus and walked back up the road to it... I bought a smores cake but was tempted by many of the other yummy looking treats. The girl serving us was very friendly and I would definitely come back here.

This place is far to good to have as near us as it is !!! By the time we all go home we will have gained a ton of weight ! From the cakes , breakfast buns and the croissants, either plain or chocolate filled , everything in this shop is amazing !

The Fillmore Bakeshop is a gem bakery located in lower Pac Heights and walking distance from Japantown. We loved everything including the scones, blueberry cream cheese danish , macaroons, and poppyseed cinnamon roll. This is a must if you're craving something delicious.

We've been living in the city for a month and have sampled dozens of restaurants and eateries mostly in the Fillmore district. The Fillmore Bakeshop is a real find. They make these amazing "Cronuts" which are a cross between a croissant and a donut, which are incredible. They simply melt in your mouth. The cheese/blueberry danish is another favorite, as... We stumbled upon this little corner bakery and it quickly became our morning spot while we were in San Francisco. The line is often out the door and the pastries go quickly so don't sleep in too late. They have a wide array of options and it was nearly impossible to choose just one. It was just a wonderful way... More

Stumbled over this local gem as I was wondering around the Filmore Street area - it is directly opposite a large Walgreens on a corner plot. Unassuming, not well advertised other than an A frame outside the door, clearly it has no need as always seemed to be popular with the few tables and chairs inside in use. Queues outside... More

We heard this bakery made “cro-nuts” so we had to try them. They were crispy, flaky, sugary, and delicious. Highly recommend since it cheaper than flying to New York to get the original cro-nut from Dominique Ansel bakery. This bakery had other nice looking pastries and cakes. There's only a couple of small tables. While we were there, there was... More

As we walked down Fillmore Street we happened on a rather nondescript bakery. The fact that it didn't standout physically was the on thing that wasn't special We walked in the place was buzzing with local customers buying pastries to go and sitting and enjoying the friendly atmosphere We looked over all of the great looking baked goods and decided... We ate burgers at Roam Artisan Burgers in Fillmore street. This bakeshop is a few blocks down. I had the macaroons. They were fresh and delicious. We also had espresso and biscotti. Everything was fresh and delicious. The only thing my husband complained about was we ordered the double espresso and they gave us a single at best.
