We started with the park and ricotta meatballs which were a big hit with both of us. Then we both selected mains, one being the sedanini and the other was the salmon. Both were excellent and the unique presentation if the sedanini sets it apart....More

We attended a private party at this restaurant on a Saturday night. The food was fantastic, especially the tiny hors d'oeuvres they served before the meal (including tiny tacos!). The pasta, salad, and pizza were great. The ambiance of the place was perfect for our...More

Very pleased with my first visit to Credo. Service was excellent and attentive. Food was delicious. I had the cod which had a wonderful and unique light breading that was amazing. My guest had their pasta signature dish which was rich and flavorful. For a...More

I had the brussels sprouts as a starter and then the salmon for my main. Both were good - but a bit too heavy on the salt. They had a solid wine selection and a fun atmosphere. I suppose personal taste -- ff they would...More

Food and service are equally great. This is a favorite restaurant for business as well as social meals. It does get very noisy though.

Vongole and risotto were good. The medium rare NY steak grey all through. Panna cotta delicious. Service close to disaster with an unattentive waiter getting rude when I asked to have the pinot noir I ordered instead of the white wine I was served. Etcetera...More

I had my first dining experience at Credo last night. Jeremy, The Assistant General Manager, greeted my friend and I at the front door and started building small-talk with us. We were blown away by the set-up on the walls, with inspirational quotes by many...More

On a Tuesday night, it was crowded and extremely noisy. We had to shout to be heard. The food was very good. The menu has a nice selection of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, all well-prepared. I wish they would address the sound issue.

Financial District
The Financial District lies just east of Chinatown but
can seem a world apart given it’s San Francisco’s
version of Wall Street. The rush of business people
make up a hectic weekday and add to a frenetic pace of
life, but visitors who spend a few hours walking the
narrow streets will be rewarded with fine examples of
historic and contemporary architecture, including the
iconic Transamerica Pyramid. After business hours,

We believe that good food and good company go hand in hand. We believe in the time-honored tradition of the dinner table debate and the swirling mix of ideas that makes this country great. We believe simple things can be brilliant, like authentic, responsibly- sourced ingredients, attention to detail and gracious hospitality.
