Ah Beretta. It's a fashionable place to be in San Francisco. It's gone more into and out of and back into vogue than beards. And there are plenty of them at Beretta. As i live 2850 miles from Beretta, I still eat there more than...More

Appetizers to share family style with pizza and rissoto. Cocktails were delish! Try the Berlinger. We tried multiple appetizers and shared a margarita pizza. Various desserts to share as well. We got there at 4:00 on a Sunday and no problem getting in. No reservations...More

We went to Beretta for a wedding reception which was great because we got to eat a variety of different foods. Starting with appetizers, we got to try the olives, sweet potato fries, and a couple others that I can't remember. We also got to...More

We enjoyed the stuffed pepper appetizer. The kale and romaine Caesar salad was delicious. The spicy marinara pizza with pepperoncini and olives was out of this world. Very spicy and you won't even miss the cheese. The atmosphere has a cool vibe, but it does...More

We love to share dishes so we can all taste a bit of everything and this is an excellent place to do that. The Piqueno pepper stuffed with cheese was the favorite followed closely by the lamb chop and meatballs. Pizza and Carpaccio were also...More

Pizza and cocktails were great in this crowded hipster haven. While the price tag was fairly hefty, and the drinks took much too long to arrive, everything tasted fantastic. The staff is friendly. Definitely worth a trip.

Not my first visit here but I was reminded what I didn't like about this place. While it has some outside sitting and interesting cocktails, the place is overrated and expensive or what you get. Maybe I haven't been out for late afternoon drinks and...More

Went to the restaurant on a Friday night, was disappointed, but had a laugh about it. As the place does not take reservations for small parties, it took us approximately one hour to be seated, which seems to be standard for popular places on a...More

A very popular place and once you try the food you will know why. The Antipasti, Pizzas the risotto and the the Pastas are all very tasty and served using fresh ingredients and produce. try the Short Ribs.

My wife and I came here together on a Tuesday night and were very happy to see how bustling it was! It is a restaurant and bar and we had cocktails with dinner. The drinks and the food were fantastic and our server was very...More

One of the early pioneers in San Francisco's popular Mission District neighborhood at Valencia Street and 23rd, Beretta has been a long-time industry favorite since opening in 2008. Dark, sexy and evocative, Beretta's restaurant and bar are where to enjoy inventive cocktails, thin crust pizzas, and contemporary Italian comfort food that is always fresh, organic and seasonal whenever possible, and sourced from local farmers. Adored by the San Francisco community and visitors to our city, we offer something for everyone, and carry many vegetarian and vegan options. Beretta is great for both intimate dining experiences and large group affairs, (our cozy downstairs room is perfect for groups of 6 or more), and we are open for dinner and late-night dining, 7 days a week, with brunch served on weekends.
