Tried several of their sushi dishes (plus the lunch special) and they are all very delicious which led me to believe that not all sushi are created equal! The 'crunchy' sushi is absolutely delicious, had to refrain from ordering a second plate since I also ordered their lunch special of teriyaki chicken, also very very good!

Firstly, it took the waiter 7 minutes to get our drink orders. Unusually, she received our drinks and food orders at the same time. Moreover, I ordered the Rainbow American Roll WITHOUT the avocado. But when my order arrived it had avocado. In addition, the sushi rolls had a little amount of rice. Overall, the food was alright. The waiters... More

Affordable, consistent quality, good selection, good Japanese eats! Everything from Japanese noodles, soups, to sushi and sashimi platters and various sakes. The real deal. The hotel and associated parking feels cheap and not maintained.

The sashimi was extremely fresh and average size portions. The Miso soup as common as it may be really took me back to Japan. I had the grilled salmon which was good as well. The place was clean and the service was friendly and attentive. I will be going back for a few more meals before I leave the island.

found it via local friends, ordered their special luncheon bento boxes (we ordered each chicken, tuna, salmon) with iced tea. Service was fast and good, food was perfect and beautifully presented. Medium sized dining room, casual and unassuming -- but the food was soooo good.

Great service. Menu offered array of options to suit your craving. I had a salmon main course with assorted sushi, hot green tea which was perfect for lunch.

Ebisu is one of my favorite sushi place to go to. I love love love the Philadelphia Cheese &Salmon Salad it is AMAZING!! The Rainbow Roll is definitely the best I've ever tried and lastly you gotta try the Dynamite Roll it is Spectacular. The service can use a little work though. Price is reasonable.
