Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The ramen is really good, we also ordered japanese salad and karaage. The japanese salad is not what I expected, the dressing was not enough though we ask for extra dressing and they gave it us after few minutes. They serve the ramen first then...the karaage, and it took a while before they serve the salad. We are almost finish with our ramen when the salad arrived when it should be the other way around. Anyway, the ramen is on spot l. We will surely comback for the ramen.More

We had a group of 4 adults and 3 children. The food and the service was great. Also, the table was large enough to accommodate us all without feeling cramped.

We're usually satisfied when we dine in at Ajisen. The servers are great, the food is great. It is mainly Japanese cuisine with a decent selection of appetizers and entrees. The portions and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable whether you're alone...or eating with friends and family. Both locations are very convenient, one being in the northern side of the island and the other being centrally located in Tamuning. We usually eat here when we don't want to go through the process of thinking of where we should eat. It's located mins. away from from where we live so it's convenient. When I'm craving authentic Japanese food, this would not be the first restaurant I'd pick or even recommend, but if you're looking for convenience and still wanting to eat tasty food then, yes, I'd recommend this place.More

Ajisen Ramen seem to be more popular with locals. The taste and ambience will be the reason why locals patronage this restaurant. You can also use local print called Circular coupon to take advantage of 20% discount.

The ramen at the Dededo location is great, especially Paiku or Karrage Curry Ramen. The ingredients have always tasted fresh, and the broth has great flavor. The service has always been quick, even though they are normally pretty busy in the evenings. I didn’t care...for the Karrage Curry and rice, it had a very thick brown sauce that tasted like pure curry powder, with no other flavors. Their gyoza and Ramen are what keep me coming back though.More

I love Ajisen ramen! In my opinion some of the best ramen on Guam. They have so many types to choose from with different bits you can add. They have great side dishes and some of the best tea on Guam. I love this place....Both locations are great!More

I’ve eaten here many times, but tonight’s visit was my first time back in over a year. Tonight I got the Shoyu Ramen and my wife got the Shrimp Shumai Ramen (ajisen broth), and an order of honey walnut shrimp. Our meal was decent tasting...for the price you pay. I do have to say, service was good and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place, I’d recommend this place. Aside from ramen, there are many other options!More

Ramen tastes good but not like the authentic Japanese ramen. Good if you're on a budget. Menu is almost similar to Fuji Ichiban.

My favorite place to eat ramen. I love the tan tan ramen. The portion for the ramen is big. We usually order one ramen and add an extra order of noodles and it will be enough for two people. We also like to eat the...baked muscles and mayo karage. They also have kid friendly options. The service is always quick and the food is reasonably priced.More

I love the ramen here, the taste ’s exactly the same with 11 years ago when I first visit Ajisen in China. But unfortunately, the rice here was not cooked/ half cooked the day I went, hope the Japanese owner/staff could have noticed... Will go...again but only order noodles.More

Living in Japan for many years (which is most of my life), this restaurant is not the best for me. If I am paying $10 for a ramen I would like it to be authentic or close to one. The broth is good but greasy,...and the noodles is NOT ramen noodles. That was pasta noodles. It was a clever idea to use it since we are in a place that maybe can't find a ramen noodles. But I have eaten to a different japanese restaurants and their noodles is way close to the real ones. Since this place have good reviews I would think this place will be more accurate if they use an actual ramen noodles than pasta noodles.More

For the most part this place is better than Fujiichiban. Fujiichiban feels like a fast food place where as Ajisen is more of a family, relaxing restaurant. The decor is better and the menu is larger.
