The fried oysters were delicious, the sweet potato fries were outstanding and even the service, which I didn't expect from a food truck, was quite good. I'd be back if it I didn't live 3700 miles away. These guys are worth a visit.

As far as truck venues, all of his dishes thus far has always been outstanding! From his jambalaya to his sweet potato fries, his dishes are fresh. Bonus too in that his truck is always the cleanest one there.

We love the fried fish po boy and would not miss that treat during our trips to the North Shore. The sweet tea is also a welcome treat for us southerners.

Best jambalaya I've had in a long time. Not too spicy, very fresh-tasting, loaded with plump shrimp and sausage - the meat even still had a little bit of char on it still, which I loved. Knocking off one star because it took almost 25...More

Checked this food truck out because the line at Giovanni's was so long. I don't often encounter cajun food, so this was a rare treat. Nice tasting, good for southern food away from the south.

This was a new find for us this year and a definite place we will visit again. The combination of amazing food at a reasonable price, with over-the-top friendly and helpful service makes this the hands down choice for North Shore food trucks. I had...More

We have been to the Poke Stop and Hank's Haute Dogs on Oahu and they were both great. We've tried to visit the Opal Thai twice now but they were closed over Christmas break both times we were there but the locals say it's... More
