Limited outdoor seating but lovely views. The resort has 180 windows so it is very dramatic. They often have music at night.

St. Regis Hotel is beautiful and the lobby is well worth a visit. We went for the Sunday Breakfast Buffet (Sunday Brunch has been discontinued) which is highly recommended. Beautiful balcony dining and food quite good. Reasonable pricing for the buffet. Reservations recommended.

This upscale bar is very popular for sunsets. The drinks are extremely expensive, but the sunsets are quite spectacular. Good seats are hard to finds, but you'll probably hang out on the patio when the sun goes down.

The thing to do in Princeville/Hanalei. Crowds gather every evening for drinks and snacks from the St. Regis Bar, while watching the sun sink slowly into the ocean. It is a very pleasant peaceful atmosphere. The walk to and from the hotel is enjoyable too.

The Bali Hai sunset is a site to be seen, but I would recommend just going to the public beach beneath the resort. The bar is about 400' above the water, so the views are extensive, but it's not worth the prices. Maybe go for...More

It doesn't get any better than this spot for sipping a cocktail and watching the sunset in Kauai. Super crazy romantic and shouldn't be missed. Plus if you're staying at the Westin your valet parking is included.

To be honest, I don't know if escargot was on the menu since I wasn't looking for it. I do know that apple snails are causing a lot of problems in the local taro fields. Perhaps you could contact the family that grows taro... More

Not french, but the Executive Chef is Jean-Georges Vongerichten! So, I could understand why the OP asked this question. It's outstanding! Enjoy!
