There were two things we found disappointing about Sunset drinks at the St. Regis bar. First, in February, the sun is setting behind the mountain rather than over the water. We found the view was much better from other parts of Princeville. Particularly Happy Talk....More

We came here because we had a gift certificate, wouldn't have gone otherwise. We had to wait to get a table, which is fine but there was no one taking names. You had to wait around like a vulture and try and grab one before...More

Sunsets are epic but that's about it... bland sushi, overpriced cocktails that are teeny tiny, chairs that are super uncomfortable. The only draw here is the sunset view which you can find elsewhere and save a bunch of money. Don't waste precious vacay dollars on...More

The view from the deck looking out onto Hanalei Bay is stunning from the St. Regis. We never had enough sun to watch a beautiful sunset, but I would imagine it is nice when the sun shines.

Walked over to the St. Regis for coffee the other morning! While Enjoying the most beautiful view in Kauai we were surprised by a family of whales breaching only 400 yards off the balcony!

You simply can't beat the views from the St. Regis. Overlooking Hanalei Bay, this is the perfect place to watch the sunset while sipping a favorite cocktail. Prices are what you'd expect from a resort.

Love the Mango Bellini! Great setting and stunning views outside. The japanese wasabi rice crackers the best. Looked for them since and can't find.

Solid drinks, adequate apps, and a "remember forever" sunset view of Hanalei Bay and the mountains beyond add up to a must-see place for cocktails.

We drove from South of Kauai to visit this place at the very north- it's a pretty easy drive up the east coast for about 1hour 20mins. It's spectacular! The views of water, mountains, clouds, beaches are phenomenal. St Regis is a fancy hotel but...More

If you’re staying on the island, you have to come here for a drink and a cheeky photo op! This place is amazing and our server, Kaylee, was great! Although we were not staying here, we were made to feel welcome and even given seaweed...More

To be honest, I don't know if escargot was on the menu since I wasn't looking for it. I do know that apple snails are causing a lot of problems in the local taro fields. Perhaps you could contact the family that grows taro... More
