It has been two years since our last visit and we were delighted with what we found. We visited Monday evening, arriving at 6:30, just before the live music began. this was reportedly the busiest time but, perhaps due to it being November, we were seated right away. The food - ahi carpaccio, ahi steak, tomato bruschetta - was amazing,... More

The Wednesday night family luau is a great experience. Small, intimate gathering with authentic cultural dancers and Hawaiian history. Food good too! Really enjoyed the aloha. Kauai is magic & Tahiti Nui luau delivered the aloha magic beautifullly.

We go only for the pizza at night. It's the best in town. Maybe the only place in town. Live music with no cover charge. We just order a large pep with a few beers. Pricing is pretty typical of the area. It ain't NY...but hey, it's Hawaii. (always a good excuse). There was one person waiting on about eight... More

We wandered in on Monday night to find a famous slack key performer, Michael Keale playing. And the ribs were fall off the bone tender. Great find.

We were told this is a throwback that one must see and experience! It was true! the Mai-Tai's are the best around and the ambiance is just plain "cool".. very casual and laid back.

If you go to hanalei, you have to stop in and have a drink. The owner is awesome and friendly. Live music and atmosphere is great. Take the time to enjoy.

We were told by many friends that this was the bar to visit on the North Shore. The Mai Tais were good, the music just OK, but we will return to drink again soon. The staff is a bit rough around the edges, clearly prefers to deal with the locals. Not many options in Hanelei, so we will come again.

If you want to have a fun time in the most rustic venue in Hanalei, Tahit Nui is the place to go. The atmosphere is one of a kind with a mixture of locals and visitors. We always make a point to hit Tahiti Nui at least once every trip. The bar is great and the food is excellent. The... More

We never go to Kauai without stopping in Tahiti Nui at least once for the evening music and a meal. It can't be beat. Beware; it's crowded and you'll probably have to share a table with some other fine folks.
