One of the theoretical advantages of eating at chain restaurants is a consistent and dependable product and/or experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this location. After an 30 minute wait (with a 15 minute estimate) for our to go order we started ask...More

We had a bad experience at our hotel restaurant, so Macaroni Grill was a welcome reprieve! Fast and friendly service, good food, lovely drinks, and a nice, casual place to eat.

I was really looking forward to some Italian food, but this restaurant does not serve authentic Italian food. My chicken had angel hair underneath (horror)!!!! The pizza was also not what An Italian would expected. The only dish I was able to eat more than...More

We had dinner here. Nice to get some entrees like on the mainland. The food was very good, service was very good and portions were great.

the reduced review is for the pricing. Double what it is on the mainland. Boo hiss. I expect somewhat higher, but double? Really?

Our server Lex was in the weeds from a large table right from the beginning. Forgot to bring our drinks and didn't bring any bread. The food arrived quickly and was ok. I rarely tip less than 20% but this was one of those times.

Family oriented, home style cooking. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed. Resort casual is over dressing. Convenient to Waikoloa Village.

Absolutely horrible food. My bf didn't even eat his pasta after the first bite. It was so bad. I was hungry, so I ate some of mine but it was not good at all. Never again.

Hawaii and prices....Paradise has its price and you do have to pay to get food items to the Islands. That said, Romano's is good food and the price is cheaper than other restaurants. It is arguable not fine dining, but the... More

You don't bring your own wine, you have to BUY there and that depends on the type of wine you buy $30-to probably hundreds. They are priced the same as any other Macaroni Grill, it's a chain. It's reasonable. But nothing... More
