We got takeout to eat back at our hotel room. Of course, we don't find out until we're in the hotel that the woman who took our order at the hostess stand entered the wrong thing. What we did get was pretty good, food-wise. The...More

A nice meal after playing golf at one of the courses close by. Walked straight in without a reservation. Our waitress was friendly and the meals were hearty.

Being stuck in pricy resorts , we thought we’d do good in a chain restaurant . We went to other chains restaurants up the road but after 2 weeks. We decided to try the Mac. Well. What a mistake. This isn’t comparable to the ones...More

I ordered lasagna and although it was delicious, it was not piping hot, but cool in the center. I didn't send it back, as service is a little slow.

Romano’s did a great job for us during our stay in Waikaloa. All four of us enjoyed our meals and we would return the next time we’re in Waikaloa.

This is a much better than typical Macaroni Grill. We enjoyed the mushroom ravioli, eggplant parmesan, and rosemary focaccia. Great find and close to the resorts.

Convenient position in the marketplace means it is usually busy especially at supper time. Meals were good, a bit pricey for average food but so are all restaurants in the Waikoloa Village.

Hawaii and prices....Paradise has its price and you do have to pay to get food items to the Islands. That said, Romano's is good food and the price is cheaper than other restaurants. It is arguable not fine dining, but the... More

You don't bring your own wine, you have to BUY there and that depends on the type of wine you buy $30-to probably hundreds. They are priced the same as any other Macaroni Grill, it's a chain. It's reasonable. But nothing... More
